I've been using this service for a few months now, it used to be called "R-Mail" and since the name change the service has added more tools and has gotten even better.

I don't check RSS feeds nearly as often as my email, so with SendmeRSS, I don't miss much of anything I really want to keep up with.

Two thumbs up!
