I have an older Uniden cordless wall phone--model # 14028256 that no longer works. A new battery in the headset did not fix the problem. Would a new headset be the answer? The answering part of main box seems to be ok--it lights up and repeats messages that were recorded before the headset went caput. Will appreciate any help you can give me.
