It's suddenly easy to communicate between disparate systems that would have had no clue how to talk to each other prior. Also, are you by any chance alluding to Arthur C. Clarke's <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clarke's_three_laws" rel="nofollow">Third Law</a> here?
