Another Apple Annoucement

Sarah Perez on October 12th, 2005

Itunes_3There’s another big announcement from Apple and it’s going to be today. Their last brought us the iPod nano and the Motorola Rockr phone, and that wasn’t too long ago! The invitations they sent out to the  media had the words "One More Thing…" written on the top. "One more thing" is Steve Jobs’ catchphrase, which is often used to indicate a blockbuster announcement. So, what could it be today? The video iPod perhaps? Could be. Engadget posted a leaked photo of what may be the video iPod. Here’s hoping!

UPDATE! It was the Video iPod, except they’re not calling it that. For more info, visit leehord.com!

  1. Maybe they’ll release something that will gloss over yesterday’s disappointing earnings. I expect great things from Apple, but I’m sure glad I got out of their stock when it was up.

  2. Could it be another new IPod?

  3. I seriously doubt it’s going to be a video ipod. Steve Jobs’ reaction to the rumour awhile back was “what are the headphones to video?”

leading me to suggest he has no intention to a video ipod. Intel Powerbooks perhaps? The powerbook line has been waiting for an upgrade for awhile.

  4. On my site, I have a list of what was announced at the event, including the new iPod. Please visit http://www.leehord.com

  5. damn, I was wrong… video ipod. Soooo are we going to have to buy our movies and tv shows from itunes?

  6. Too Much Apple!

Okay, Ive snapped. Im sick of iTunes, iPods and Apple. This may sound stupid; but at least 50% of all tech content over the last 2 days has somehow involved Apple. iTunes 6 is out, a Video iPod is going…
