Have you Googled since Katrina?

If so, you may have noticed the black ribbon and link on the Google homepage. The link says "Donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort", and if you haven’t done so yet, no better time than now. The link takes you to a page set up by Amazon.com where you can make a donation directly to the Red Cross. It’s also interesting to see the running total on that page that shows the number and dollar amount of donations to date. As of this morning, it was $9,861,075.00, with 91,025 payments. I think we can do better than that! Keep it coming!

So many causes, so few primary colors.
One site promotes the black ribbon as a Sept. 11 memorial color.
